Order Processing

Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00 NN are prioritized for same-day handoff to the courier whenever possible.

You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation & Tracking link once your parcel is booked with J&T Express.
Estimated Delivery Time (J&T Express)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, access limitations, or peak seasons.

Islands/Remote Areas: 12–15 days
Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide on eligible orders.

Please prepare the exact amount upon delivery. Couriers may have limited change.

If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts due to refusal, unreachable contact, or wrong address, the parcel may be returned to sender. Re-delivery will require a new shipping fee.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your name, mobile number, and complete address (including building, subdivision, barangay, landmarks).

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.
Delivery Attempts, Delays & Force Majeure

J&T Express will attempt delivery to the address provided.

Delays may occur due to severe weather, natural events, road closures, local holidays, or surges during peak seasons (e.g., 11.11/12.12). We appreciate your patience.
Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos/videos of the parcel and product upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours.

For parcels marked delivered but not received, reach out to us so we can file a trace with the courier.
Split Shipments

To get your items to you sooner, we may ship items separately at no extra cost.
