Payment option: Cash on Delivery (COD) available nationwide (Philippines)

Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed before 12:00 NN are prioritized for same-day handoff to the courier whenever possible.

  • You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation & Tracking link once your parcel is booked with J&T Express.

Estimated Delivery Time (J&T Express)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, access limitations, or peak seasons.

  • NCR: 2–3 days

  • Luzon: 3–5 days

  • Visayas: 5–7 days

  • Mindanao: 7–10 days

  • Islands/Remote Areas: 12–15 days

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available nationwide on eligible orders.

  • Please prepare the exact amount upon delivery. Couriers may have limited change.

  • If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts due to refusal, unreachable contact, or wrong address, the parcel may be returned to sender. Re-delivery will require a new shipping fee.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are shown at checkout based on delivery address and order weight/volume.

  • From time to time, free-shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your name, mobile number, and complete address (including building, subdivision, barangay, landmarks).

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.

Delivery Attempts, Delays & Force Majeure

  • J&T Express will attempt delivery to the address provided.

  • Delays may occur due to severe weather, natural events, road closures, local holidays, or surges during peak seasons (e.g., 11.11/12.12). We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos/videos of the parcel and product upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours.

  • For parcels marked delivered but not received, reach out to us so we can file a trace with the courier.

Split Shipments

  • To get your items to you sooner, we may ship items separately at no extra cost.
