Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love every Drift purchase. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or simply isn’t right, we’ll help quickly. This policy explains when and how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1) Quick summary

Change of mind: Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged / defective / wrong item: Report within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.

Opened fragrances: Because scents are hygiene products, opened or used items are non-returnable unless defective.

Who pays return shipping?

We do, if the issue is our fault (damaged, defective, wrong item).

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.

Refund method: Back to the original payment method; COD refunds are issued via bank transfer/GCash or store credit.

2) Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (shrink wrap/seal intact), with all inserts or free gifts included.

Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery for change-of-mind, or within 7 days for damaged/defective/wrong items.

You’ll need a valid order number or receipt.
Not eligible: opened/used fragrances, sample vials once opened, free gifts, gift cards, “final sale” items, and items not purchased from driftco.ltd.
3) What to do if there’s a problem
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Please email support@driftco.ltd within 7 days of delivery and include:

Order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the outer box, packing, and the item (including the batch/lot if visible)
We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund (your choice). In most cases, we won’t ask you to ship the damaged item back.
4) Change-of-mind returns & exchanges
If the scent isn’t for you and the product is still sealed, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
How it works

Email support@driftco.ltd with subject: Return Request – Order #12345.

We’ll approve your return and provide the return address and RMA number.

Pack the item securely (original box preferred). Write the RMA outside the parcel.

Ship the parcel using any tracked service.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (minus shipping) or exchange within 3–5 business days.
For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item after your return passes inspection. Any price difference or additional shipping will be settled before dispatch.
5) Refunds

Timing: We aim to process approved refunds within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank or provider may take 5–10 business days to post it.

Method:

Card/Wallet/PayPal: refunded to the original payment method.

COD orders: refunded via GCash or bank transfer, or store credit if preferred.

Shipping fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Partial refunds: If an item returns with missing parts, damaged packaging, or clear signs of use, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.
6) Cancellations & order changes
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email support@driftco.ltd as soon as possible.

If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel/modify it.

If it has shipped, please follow the returns process above.
7) International orders (if applicable)
International customers are welcome to return eligible items, but:

Return shipping and any customs/duties are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged/defective.

Customs duties and taxes paid at import are non-refundable by Drift (check with your local customs or card provider).
8) Scent satisfaction tip
Fragrance is personal. If you’re unsure about a profile, reply to your order email—we can suggest notes based on your preferences. We also offer limited sample sizes and will happily guide you to a better match.
